I'd also be a big fan of US flights from here!

Jetlines is going to be domestic-only initially, is it not?  For U.S. destinations, I suppose Chicago and Newark would have to top my list.
Oh, I have no idea about Jetlines or not - just reacting to Coke's comment.  To be honest, while I really want more airline competition, I'm not keen on being an early adopter of buying tickets with them.  It would have to be for a relatively soon flight that I wouldn't care that much if it got cancelled.  So if YKF announced US flights (Newark also tops my list) on a different carrier, I'd still be really happy.
I hope they very explicitly show on their maps of the GTA distances (in time) from various areas to their two airports. I can see a lot of people thinking "oh Kitchener, that's way too far" only to be shocked that for many, Hamilton is actually even farther (and Buffalo much farther still).

As a result, we are pleased to announce that we have entered into an agreement with the John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport and are in active discussions with Region of Waterloo International Airport. The combined service area for these airports includes nearly four million people. This factored significantly in our decision to serve both airports.”

So are they going to have a shuttle service between the two airports to enable connections?  Or do they figure that no one wants to do that?

Quote from CEO:

Base fares will be about the cost of a pair of jeans... and I mean an affordable pair of jeans, not an expensive designer pair.
I wish they had listed the price in carrots. That's so much more relatable.

Kidding aside at the silly quote, I'm excited for Vancouver, Vegas and especially Orlando. Orlando is probably my No. 1 choice for a US destination, and there's lots to do a days drive from Vegas.

So cool! The Hamilton/Kitchener dot is confusing, though - I wonder if this means some flights will be serviced by one airport, and some from the other. I would have preferred to see the actual breakdown of what airport is getting what.
I have a strong suspicion that they will be testing both, pitting them against each other, eventually settling for one, in a similar way to how Amazon is very publicly pitting North American cities against one another to land HQ2.
Interesting they already have a company store to buy swag at: http://jetlines.greystoneshop.com/index....y&path=593 lol

That's how they are funding the purchase of the first two aircraft!  LOL

I am assuming the flights will be split between YHM and YKF, and I had the same question about connections.  I asked Chris Wood, but got no answer.  [EDIT: Answer received: The flights would be mirrored at both airports... so connections at YHM / YKF are moot] Will be interesting to see how this plays out....

Does anyone know if this news will speed up the proposed Breslau GO station?

Only if someone were to commit to creating a shuttle service, or something. I've seen no such proposal, to be clear.

With only a handful of planes ... that probably means most of the flights will be only weekly.
Yeah, I guess it would be like:

Plane 1: YKF -> MCO -> YHM -> MCO -> ... (repeat)

...something like that?
