You need to visit Mimo Thai then. It's tucked away in Northdale so it's mostly visited by students, but Mimo's curry is amazing. Other things are good too, but their curry rivals the best in Toronto, and is far above anything else locally.

I live near Northern Thai so I still get their takeout sometimes, especially pad thai, but I think it's clearly #2 in the region.

Sadly Mimo is not close to the LRT, either. Northern Thai or even home-made wins on convenience. (And Bangkok Cuisine is also in a car-centric location.)

I'll have to check it out.  Thanks for the recommendation

I had no idea this place even existed, thanks for the recommendation.

I tried Mimo based on your recommendation, and ordered the green curry. It was incredible. I am no connoisseur, but I enjoyed it a lot. I also tried the pad kee mao off of someone else's plate, and it was likewise very good.

I'd never heard of this place but will likely go there again, so thank you very much for mentioning it.

Will this be in the former Eaton's building at King and Water?
Water St side?
Yes, the old Eaton's building, entrance is on Water.
Totally unique spot. I'm definitely checking it out
Is that the Cafe Bolero space?

If you're on Water facing the building, it's the left-most unit. I feel like Cafe Bolero was not that unit, that it was closer to King, but I really only ever ate at their market spot so I don't trust my recall.
I would have said that the old Cafe Bolero was one spot over from the unit at the corner of Bell Lane. I think there were (are?) just two units on that back half of the Water St side. The original tweet, however, give a King St address rather than Water St.
The liquor license notification is on the unit at the corner of Bell Lane. I walked past last week to see if there was a timeframe posted (there wasn't).
Well, that's it then.
I wasn't clear on what all was being done, but the Zehrs at Stanley Park is going to be renovated and the employee I spoke to said there was going to be a Starbucks added to it. Has this ever been done anywhere else? It seems rather strange to add a Starbucks to a grocery store.
