They don't seem to reply anyway. About two weeks ago I requested the documents for this project and got no response.

also disappointed by no IG activity since March 2020

RE: Station Park (née SIXO) | 28 + 20? + 12? + ? fl | U/C - Lebronj23 - 06-09-2021

I emailed the city last night and they sent me this link
https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/bb2db3e61bd043209c1f16d16a3ced0c/page/page_2/?data_id=dataSource_10-Planning_Applications_Active_5584%3A59%2CdataSource_12-Planning_Applications_Active_5584%3A49&draft=true&org=KitchenerGIS&views=view_5%2Cview_8%2Cview_3%2Cview_10

Although the link to the official plan doesn’t seem to be uploaded when you follow the link to supporting documents

Anyway it’s stupid to have it available “on request” but with HTTP not being one of the accepted forms of request. There is no valid reason for a person to be required to be involved in satisfying routine public document requests in 2021.

Of course if they don’t actually give it out when an email or other format of request is received, then it’s a bit more clear what is actually going on.

The city sent me the document. The file is too large to let me post here but if you want a copy you can PM me and I’ll email it over

Notably :
Height of Tower B = 92m
Tower C = 100m
Tower D = 120m
Tower E - unspecified height, but looks to be hotel and not residential on top of the office ( I’m not sure if this was originally the plan) 1 floor retail. 9 floors commercial and 24 floors hotel = 34 floors and not 44 ( although I’m not good at reading these things)

This differs from the pictures on page 66 of this forum from not too long ago (March) So I’m not sure which one is correct

Interesting that the underground parking is through the roundabout/drop-off. I thought it was going to be on the small road below building B

It seems that small road is leading to the parking entrance to C & D buildings.

I assume all the underground parking would be connected and you would be able to access from multiple entry/exit points.

Confusing. In the presentation in March, Building E was shown to be 44 floors, but now this says 24 floors (it would be counted from the ground up...24 in total, not 24 floors on top of 10 to make 34). And now it's a hotel? The presentation talked about 5 residential towers. I wonder which one is accurate.

How many recent developments have gotten this treatment as opposed to precast?

The brick is not only real, it isn’t slate grey. Praise be!

Nice to see. I am sure this is only for the first floor. Must be a mock up though. Not seeing and air/water barrier membrane installed behind that brick.

Just checked out the renderings again - the brick is indeed only on the first floor.
