Yeah the plaza isn't staying. The next 3 towers and office block will go right where that is. The 44 floor tower will be closest to King, the 36 floor tower will be in the middle and the 32 floor tower will be the furthest away from King.

That's an outdated rendering, though still very similar to the design they went with. I believe it was, and some were alarmed by this, thinking that nothing was going to be built on this site at all. Glad this was wrong though.
