It really is jarring when you drive through the section of northdale bounded by Albert/Uni/Colombia/Lester and think about what it looked like even 5 years ago. The entire area has completely transformed itself.

There are some signs up on the site for "Framework". It looks like it's around 6 stories.

"Located at Albert St & University Ave, this sought-after community merges rural and urban landscapes, providing residents with a slower-paced approached to modern urban living and the opportunity to achieve a healthy work-life balance in a small, friendly locale."

That's some nice sounding copy, but questionable accuracy.

Rural and urban landscapes? Really?

It would be difficult to see a backyard garden at University and Albert, let alone a rural landscape.
