I have multiple cameras but most of the stuff you've seen here is with a Canon 6D. Same for lenses but mostly 17-40 (wide) 24-105 (general) and sometimes 70-200/140-400 (zoom). Doesn't matter what camera you have these days IMO, you can can great shots with anything! Plam - Interesting article! I'll have to check it out fully this week. I think Vogelsang is an improvement overall but those trees need to mature as it's a bit barren right now. The Cenotaph reno is great for the one or two days a year they hold ceremonies there but overall the loss of the mature trees was a mistake, I think. The neighbourhood shop bones are fairly rare, and could be converted back to a business in some cases. Hopefully someone does something useful with the lot soon. The more I photograph it the more I think the newer section has some merit and could be reused, a least partially. RE: Post your pictures of Waterloo Region! - ac3r - 09-18-2021 Colourful! Where is that? RE: Post your pictures of Waterloo Region! - panamaniac - 09-18-2021 Iinm, that’s the old row on Benton at St George. I’m surprised, as it’s only a few years ago that they were repainted. RE: Post your pictures of Waterloo Region! - panamaniac - 09-19-2021 Maybe the owner is channeling his inner St John’s. It would be fun if it inspired other owners in the neighbourhood to start adding bolder colours to their houses. This looks pretty funky now. RE: Post your pictures of Waterloo Region! - nms - 09-19-2021 Google Streetview shows a red brick row circa May 2015 and then taupe stucco in July 2019. There are no photos in between these dates. The fence along the sidewalk has also been upgraded to the metal pickets.
