Not a glamorous looking building based on the render - think; functional. Definitely presents as a made-for-rent based on other stepped-up offerings for sale in DTK. So much potential, could have done a really nice glass tower, complementing the podium and Arrow I next door.

A glass tower wouldn't really complement the Arrow Lofts building. More red brick and black trim might have been nice, though.
Based on Arrow Lofts and Barrel Yards, though, I do expect this one to be quite nicely finished on the inside, including the common areas.

Glass coming out/over red brick/black podium could have worked. Just like they'll do in Glove Box (but smaller commercial scale)

Yes, it is. Auburn mostly develops rental properties (as does Vive) rather than condo buildings.

I wonder what will become of the walk ups that face Courtland. I always thought they would look really good if they were completely renovated both inside and out...

Those are individually owned, it's not a condo corporation (or a rental) so it would be pretty challenging for anyone to take on a total renovation project there.
