I see the old White Rose building on Weber in Waterloo has been torn down. Anyone know if this is just because of the condition it was in or is there something planned/proposed for this site?

The Tim's at Weber and Bridgeport does not have a drive through either. In my opinion, drive throughs embody much of that which is wrong with certain aspects of North American society.
