There's another project going up and across the street from this one, but I think it is just a couple of townhouses replacing a SFH.
Everyone move to the back of the bus and we all get home faster.

There's an ad on kijiji I just saw advertising rentals here.

Studios- $1,100
One bedrooms- $1,335
One bedroom plus dens- $1,575
Two bedrooms- $1,740

I'm not sure what to think of those rents. They're certainly higher than others in the neighbourhood, but obviously it's a brand-new building, and the property manager seems to think people may pay some premium for the knowledge that they're lining a HGTV actor's pockets.

I found the ad a bit unprofessional, but always like when someone plugs midtown.
