Fourteen Princess will be host to a longstanding local favourite in gourmet dining. The arrival of this popular restaurant will be a welcome attraction for residents and the public alike – stay tuned for the official announcement!

keep speculating please!!! I noticed the restaurant unit is pretty small, who is a local, small, upscale, popular restaurant? Something as upscale as King St Trio?

I'm hoping for Rushes...

The FAR or FSR is the building floor area of all buildings on a lot divided by the lot area.  While we could have built 14 Princess higher, we would have had to reduce the floorplate size to do so.

I think from an urban perspective this building should have been two stories higher. It's a pity that FAR regulations forbid this.

Agreed, a nice addition to the skyline when coming up Bridgeport into Uptown.

I think they should rename the this technical term Floor Area Ratio (FAR) and put it in a reference table. New technical term would be the Floor Area Reference Table (FART)   Tongue

This looks really good.
I really like the size/massing for this location and feel like it would fit in a lot of uptown locations too

I'm not a fan of the "hat" (more like a hoodie in this case), but it suits Uptown.

For those with poor eyesight, it says "Now Renting".

I was at KWLT, and the fitness room on the top floor really looms over Uptown at night.  This bright beacon of exercise machines in the sky!  If you plan to work out at night, be aware that you will have an audience.
