Great pics.
It seems Tower 2 cladding will deviate from Tower 1 and and the rendering on onehundred.ca website.

1. The pre-cast siding is a different colour tone. It appears to be grey instead of the yellow/gold tone from Tower 1. Can't tell if there's a "brick" pattern on these exterior pre-cast pieces like Tower 1 or not. I personally think that they did a good job with the colour scheme of Tower 1. Not sure how Tower 2 will turn out.

2. The side facing Victoria appears to have a signifcantly amount pre-cast concrete claddings vs. the website redering which is showing all glass on that side of the building.

Lastly, there seems to be some works happening at the retail unit in Tower 1. Did they secure a tenant?

Not yet, not sure but they might still be building the parking podium?

Isn't parking underground for Garment? Podium being 4 floors of units...

The podium is units on the front and parking behind.

A view from the other side of the tracks. I think it looks better from here than craning your neck on Victoria St.

After the cities entire life of having not a single building beyond 19 floors, this year we’ll likely hit at least 3 or 4 buildings with at least 22 floors or more, and will have the 2 tallest buildings in the region within less than a year.

The 21 storey building is up to 13 storeys counting the parking garage.

From yesterday. They're working on the 13th floor.  The windows are being installed.  Momentum Partnership Instagram also show them framing the interior.

What's everyone thought on that one concrete side (partial side by looks of it)?
