Piper's Grove Condominium

A new condominium is proposed in Ayr.
Reid Heritage Homes is the developer/builder. The project render looks pretty nice, for whatever reason it reminds me of a residential version of the former legion building at 19 Regina St, Waterloo.

It does look nice … but $400/sq ft in Ayr? Wow. That's DTK pricing!

Is it? These Condo's in Ayr seem to be fairly large. Looking at the floor plans it looks like you can put a decent amount of furniture in each unit.

$320K for 800 sq ft. That's pretty much what Charlie West was charging.
