How Many Tower Cranes will we have in 2019?

What's become a bit of a yearly tradition, lets predict the number of tower cranes we'll have up in the region this year.

My guess is 24, and almost certainly incorrect.

Thanks to everyone who voted so far! Keep the votes coming. Some time soon we'll start counting all of the existing cranes to get a total for how many we'll see in all by the end of the year
