Why do you Love Waterloo Region?

It's a pretty simple question.  What are the things that you love about Waterloo Region?  What makes you brag to your friends about this place?  What are the things that make it great.

This month I'd like to celebrate the greatness of this place we call home.

For me it comes down to innovation. I haven't lived in a ton of places, but it just seems like Waterloo Region comes up with so many cool things, and different ways of doing things.

I find myself constantly bragging about things like that to others.
