Pure Juice Bar and Kitchen

Gilt's neighbour at 305 King W. The sign is up out front, the interior finishes look well advanced (lots of subway tile and wood) and the equipment is awaiting installation. I would guess they will be opening in about four weeks time.

The interior is finished and it looked like staff was being trained when I passed by today, so I'm guessing that this one will be open in a week or so. It looks nice - sort of a "mid to upper casual" sort of place.

I'm looking forward to it. I work in 305 and I need a place to get a good coffee, especially with winter coming, I won't have to leave the building.

I used to work at 305 as well and it was always a mad dash across the street to Slices for a coffee!

It looks like Pure Juice Bar and Kitchen is open as of today - Tuesday October 14th.

I checked Pure out yesterday and had a drip coffee. I was really happy with what I saw. I was especially pleased to see that they serve my favourite coffee brand, Social Coffee.

I went in today and agree, the drip coffee is good. At about 1330hrs they were sold out of soup and all the fresh sandwiches except for a roast beef panino, which I had. It was good, with quality ingredients and surprisingly rare roast beef, which was fine with me. I would put them on a par with Entertaining Elements as a soup and sandwich lunch place.

That's a good reason for me to try their croissant sandwich next time I'm in!
