Ontario St parking garage is literally across the street. I am happy to see that the city is not forcing the developer to meet a parking minimum.

And, of course, anyone that is not happy with the lack of parking can choose to buy (or more likely rent?) elsewhere.

Ironically, it is likely cheaper to rent a spot at D&O or City Hall vs paying for a spot, if available, at the tower. Would be a win for the city coffers as well if they rented 30 spots or so. 30 * 170 * 12 is $62,000/year.
