The Breithaupt Block | 16 m | 4 fl | Complete
Given the location of the proposed tower, and the apparent future tenant, I would be beyond surprised if neighbourhood complaints would have much effect on Council's consideration of the project. They would have to play nice and nod attentively during representations, but in the end the project will be built. To make an issue of this tower when much taller buildings are being suggested for neighbouring sites seems odd to me. If anything, this project and Breithaupt Block generally serve to buffer the residential neighbourhood from much more intense development, istm.
