General Food, Dining and Nightlife News

The piddly little creek behind the lot next to Swiss Chalet and Milestones on Hespeler Road has blocked development for the same reason: they'd have to give up so much land for flood protection that development isn't worth the expense.

Is that why that hasn't been developed? What flood protection is needed? like a storm water mgmt pond to make up for a possible buildings footprint? Seems so weird since it is so insignificant.
