Just amazing the waste of tax payers money for an inquiry that's going to show that there was nothing anyone could have done short of spending 10's of millions of tax payers money to save a rotting structure.

It is a good thing though that it didn't collapse on its own. This would have been a real mess "Why didn't they tear it down when they condemned it?"
