Drove by 4278 King St East today and noticed a sign for a new office building, the agent is CBRE. This is on the corner of King and Sportsworld Crossing.

I can't find any information online at the moment.

This is the current site condition:

Hm, that's right at the new proposed spot for the Ion Phase 2 Sportsworld station. Forward thinking?

I thought the station was going to be closer to Sportsworld Drive?

Will be nice to have that spot filled in. Maybe they can do something similar right at the corner where the strip mall money ran out.

Lots of work going on at Pioneer Park plaza. Field area is getting bulldozed, yellow construction fencing has arrived and a dumpster in front of the old Home Hardware

Lots of work at Pioneer Park plaza. Regrading the entire site behind the former Home Hardware for the new Zehrs.

Has anyone seen the plans for the Pioneer Park redevelopment?

Overall, it's quite drab. Pretty standard, mostly expected. The plaza definitely needs the redo, but it's too bad that while making it "new" they didn't also want to make it "good". but I feel like pedestrians should've been taken more into account here.

On the bright side, I seem some of those parking spaces in the bottom right quadrant are labelled as "click & collect", so at least Zehrs will be staying.

Thanks I think that is why Imgur no longer works on my mobile.

Noticed a few backhoes and other construction equipment working in the area as identified below.  Since there is a berm there I couldn't see what is going on as I drove by.  Anyone have an idea?

I also noticed on Victoria St while driving out towards Shantz Station that there is a huge area being leveled out there between Greenhouse Rd and Shantz Station Rd.  Is there a subdivision proceeding?
