Driving down Courtland last week it looked like the building on at 49 Overland Dr had been demolished.

It looks like it is for a self-storage facility:

Issue Year 2018
Work Type Demolition Non-Res - Industrial
Permit Description Permit is demolish an industrial building for a future self-storage building.
Everyone move to the back of the bus and we all get home faster.
