Yes, their is retail in the ground units.  No dens, there are real 1 bedroom units.  Stay tuned for Sage Platinum 2.

Do you think those green leafy things slide back and forth? Or their random arrangement is just the look.

I doubt it, but it would be interesting if they did.

Also, I can't tell if that is paint peeling on the concrete balcony slab or just water runoff. I'd hope the latter because this thing is only about 2-3 years old.
