A local commercial realtor in the Food in the Waterloo Region Facebook group said it would be fast food, but couldn't be more specific.

There was speculation a couple years back about opening a taco stand, but I have no idea if that is what's actually going ahead.

The building around 72 Erb St E now has plywood up for the roof and windows have been installed for all units facing uptown.

Just got an add about a 15 and 20 story development called society 145 for uptown waterloo. Any idea what this might be or is it a new project?
