Just to clarify, which of the 2 buildings, 21 stories or 17 stories is the one that is already erect?

The 17 stories. This was Tower 2, which is now Tower 1. Tower 1 is now Tower 3, and Tower 3 is now Tower 2.

I hate you so much.
Tower one (17s) has started occupancy.
What's the status on starting foundation for the other 2 buildings - won't get into naming them LOL ... they broke ground last I seen
It looks like they have pile driving equipment on the Garment side of the site

That's so odd. 100 Victoria Street now is 100 Garment Street. Wouldn't it have been easier to keep the Victoria address?

I think it's up to Canada Post and not the developer.

Considering there is no Garment Street in Kitchener, I think Canada Post had zero to do with this. Bramm Street and Auther Place border this build.
So Tower 1 is now Tower 3 and Tower 3 is now Tower 2, officially. Tower 2, as you know, is Tower 1. Which mean Tower 4 will be Tower 3, and Tower 1 will be Tower 5. which makes Tower 6 Tower 4.
But there is going to be a Garment Street I believe. I think it will run between the two projects?
