Oof. While the name is less confusing (albeit with esoteric spelling), the visual appeal has all but evaporated.
There has been a lot more activity on site recently, seen a pile driver working a way today.
They have foundation walls in forms and some of them were poured yesterday. They are also making a retaining wall next to the edge of the property. Progress has really picked up.
The application for phase 2 of this project has been submitted.

The demolition of the existing Pinehaven Nursing Home has been proposed and is to be replaced by a larger, 2 building project. Building A will be a standalone 7 floor building fronting Lexington Road. Building B will be a tiered "U" shaped building, with heights varying between 6 to 12 floors. This would create a total of 447 units totaling 608 bedrooms. Phase 1 of this project was an assisted living residence, whereas phase 2 will be geared to more independent senior citizens.

Nothing to write home about, but I like it. Phase one looks really good, it took about a decade to build, but the finished product looks good.
Looks like a hospital with balconies.
