Will the skating rink be available to the public? I also would not want to be the Zamboni driver who had to solve the problem of how to efficiently clean the surface!
I suppose it's all doable as effectively all maintenance fees for all units in all 4 buildings should be pooled together, but otherwise, I would imagine such a novelty to not come to fruition or if it Did, not for long as maintenance costs and replacement is high.

I agree Momo26, I bet it's years away.  Based on the images it's definitely sitting on top of the future phases' underground parking garage, which will not be built until those towers are.
1BR and 1BR Den for around $370-$385K.
Is it worth investing in this project?
Any thoughts?

$340 - 400k for 1-bedrooms. Will these 1-bdrms reach 500k within 3 - 5 years? In K-W? that's the Q...

That $340-400K is really what you are expecting the price to be at closing, which is 2-3 years from now. So getting to $500K two years later doesn't seem super likely.
Awesome! Glad to see some progress on this site. Should be an exciting couple of years of construction.
I didn't even realize that building was no the subject property.

It wasn't in the original parcel, the developers added it relatively recently.
So will the modern chapel addition to the Kaufman mansion be coming down as part of this demolition as well?

All the additions are definitely coming down. As a part of this demolition, no idea.
