Has anyone been to Bitte Schön Brauhaus in New Hamburg yet? Apparently they opened on Oct. 15. I believe the owners were blogging the renovations, but I can't find the link.. would love to before/after photos! I live abroad so I can only live vicariously through you guys as Waterloo region continues to transform
I picked up a growler there on the weekend - their Good Neighbour Schwartz Beer - it was good, I enjoyed it. My friend picked up their Helles (can't remember what they called it) and we had it on Monday night. It was excellent, I enjoyed it a lot. I'm afraid my beer reviews aren't overly sophisticated, but it's definitely worth stopping by to give them a try. They also has a wheat beer available when we went.
Sounds good! Now to get the local Kitchener bars to carry some of those brews!
