Fallowfield Towers
101, 121, 141 and 161 Fallowfield Dr, Kitchener
Developer: Drewlo Holdings Inc
Project: A four building apartment complex that will create 656 residential units. All four apartments are 12 floors each. Two of the four buildings have been completed and are accepting tenants.

I was inquiring about buildings by Drewlow Holdings Inc and it appears there may be more than four buildings on Fallowfield Dr.  Here is part of their email:

"We also have one more on Fallowfield currently underway and more possibly in the future."


I wonder if this is driven by the future LRT stop at Block Line and Courtland.  It would be interesting to find out how much land they own in the area.

I wonder if they own more land, or could just fit another tower on the land they already own.

The map on GIS looks like similar driveway entrances as the ones in front of the one there now.  Maybe two more towers set back further on the lot.

I believe Drewlo has proposed another 2 towers for the corner.

I actually kind of like these! Very Asian high-density vibe. Needs a big "01", "02", etc. painted on the one wall in some kind of space-y squarish font.

If all goes recent news is accurate Drewlo is really expanding their presence in Waterloo Region. Below is a list of in progress and rumoured projects :

An apartment at 599 Strasburg Rd
The two 16 story apartment buildings on Old Carriage Dr
The Waterloo Inn site
The block Downtown Kitchener previously to be developed by Fusion Homes
