I wonder who owns the helipad land. Could put another tower there.

Looks like they’re on around floor 10. Things are moving pretty quickly now in the main tower portion.

If they do 1 floor per week, this tower and the Tek tower should top off by the end of the year.

A few months before Vertikal! (Vertikal is progressing at about one floor per month.)

Application submitted to increase the height of Tower D by three stories

Interesting - revisions to parking structure and Central Park area too.
How could we get our hands on the supporting documents?

The easiest way is to email the city about it, I know depending on the project they will give out some files but it really depends. It definitely requires nagging the city about sometimes though because they do get busy.

What was the original approved story count of tower D ?

RE: Station Park | 18, 28, 36, 40, 50 fl | U/C - Lebronj23 - 07-04-2024

C is 36 storeys and 115m
D was 40 storeys and 127m
D is now 43 and I’m going to assume 136m

Wasn’t D initially 36 storeys and C initially 32?
I think this will be the second height increase.

Depending on the lot lines, the helipad is either part of 77 Wellington St S, currently the headquarters of the Ontario Seed Company and the listed owner is "Hollow Crown Holdings", or the helipad is part of 641 King St W, aka Station Park, and owned by Centre Ice LP, or is it part of 15 Wellington St W and owned by Wilkins Financial Services. Interestingly, at least according to the City of Kitchener GIS data, the Walter Street alignment continues southeast of Wellington and connects to King St roughly across from the old McDonalds.

Window walls/doors are starting to be installed today on the lower floors.
