So they thought it would be an easy investment so they jumped in and bought a unit without doing ANY research into the developer (there were a lot of red flags with the first one, see below), regret it now that things are tanking and expect the money back. Haha.
Don't. Build. Pre-construction. Units!

That was the developer who initially tried to do this project, then let it fall apart. Not a guy I'd trust in a sword fight or business meeting.

Yes occupancy is permitted in building A.
Permits are issued for building B and C but construction has not commenced on anything beyond the underground.
