Yeah I don't think most here venture out into the suburbs unless necessary. Some projects have gone completely under the radar. The thread in this forum for NUVO is one example. It had been well under construction for some time, but a thread was only posted in late October.

I live near DTK but venture out to the Boardwalk regularly, but having screaming kids in the back seat prevents me from taking photos haha
