The mid-rise buildings (I think two separate projects?) on Roger St, next to the cemetery, are quite close to completion now, and some residents have already moved in. And I think they look decent, not spectacular to be sure, but very credible mid-rise buildings that will house a whole lot of people between them.

That is a city-quality playground! Good for them, it'd be nice to see more developments do things like this.
