They started the shoring this morning. I saw the guys fire up the machine.

The city received a Site Plan application for this on January 13th 2025. In total this will now be two phases, phase 1 will be the North tower (King St) and will be 28 floors. Phase 2 will be the south tower (Charles St) which will be 18 floors. In total there will be 508 units, 6 being live/work (King side) and 5 being 2 floor townhome units (Charles side).
There have been no permit applications for any construction as of yet so Vive will still need to get Shoring/Foundation/Balance of construction so this will still be awhile before we see activity.
