Harmony Lunch burgers at Stemmler Meats....Someone needs to try this out and report back to the group.

Stemmler's has been preparing and making the Harmony meat available for sale for a while. They're the butchers who prepped it for the restaurant before the family sold it to Fat Sparrow (without the recipe). It's as close as you can possibly get, and I personally do find it delicious. The mountain of fried onions is your responsibility.
