If you click the link in the first post it takes you to a UW page about the project. There's one exterior and one interior rendering of the building.

The foundation works are almost completed for the new building now, they're working on the footings and the foundation walls on the side closest to University. This picture is from the 20th.

I was by here a few weeks ago and they were building the level 3 slab.

I believe the structure is complete now. I wonder if winter will stay away long enough for them to close it in.

At least the bottom 3 or 4 floors have preliminary cladding as of this past weekend so chances are good.
