Looks like just plain boring corrugated sheet metal. Nicely done. Ugh

Yeah... I like the vertical lines. If the cladding had been almost anything else, it might be okay. That metal doesn't look very nice at all.

I actually love the shape that this has, and they way they expanded it, I just wish they'd clad it in something else.

Maybe they'll do some outstanding landscape work to help

I would hope that the college has a first proffer contract with the owners of the lube shop property, and, sadly, my favourite Waterloo burger place, Sonnys. They would then create a better street visibility and entrance at Weber and University for Waterloo Campus

But yeah, I hope the college has a strategy to buy the lube shop property. Having a presence at the corner would be a huge enhancement.
