I've seen lots of that in my lifetime, and it's not quite the same, although admittedly there are some commonalities. Here is a late-Soviet building from the 1980s in Ukraine (probably now destroyed in the Russian attack): ![]() Mostly I just see boring overuse of CIFS, though. That little change would give it a more cohesive look.
