(30.977 acres or 12.535947 hectares). The article states that they only acquired two parcels and that the medical office was still happening. Block 5 and blocks 8, 9 and 10 add up to almost 15 hectares.

Excellent news, absolutely best use for that land, and it makes sense. We need more employment land that will produce good paying jobs.

And their current location, at Ahrens St E and Breithaupt St, will provide premium space for tech companies.

Krug also currently has a factory on Manitou, likely they are consolidating their operations into one larger facility.
