200 Dundas St South | 5 fl | Proposed - bravado - 04-09-2022 I am very pleased to see this eyesore re-developed on a street that desperately needs it (with underground parking!). And it really does sound like actual rental units - sad that it's so notable but I'm happy to see it! Love the underground parking, and love the increase in rentals. Could be a little taller and I wouldn’t be offended. That's a bit of a change from what I originally read on this project, so we'll see how it turns out. |
