6 - 14 Dietz Avenue North | 13 fl | Proposed - ac3r - 07-06-2023 In a throwback to the 1970s, Cooper Bay Homes and Edge Architects are proposing a brown rectangular wall like 13 floor residential project at 6-14 Dietz Avenue (next to the major Westmount development) which currently houses a number of low density SFH units. 135 residential units with a mixture of one, two and three bedroom units for a total of 227 are proposed. 5 of the units will be 2 story townhouse units built into the podium. 106 parking spaces are proposed with the development. The solid wall massing is fine IMO, the colours are arranged in a comprehensible pattern, and a few town houses in the base will be fine for peds walking by.
