The seven townhouse units right at the Ottawa/Elmsdale corner have been open for a while; their entrance is actually on a new internal road off Elmsdale, so their addresses are 10 and 20 Palace Street...

I actually forgot they hadn't yet replaced the Frederick bridge (which this announcement confirms they're doing). That's how long this is taking.

Chandler Drive has had its westbound lane closed along the work site, for at least 3 months. Bus route 3 has a curious looping detour as a result.

I had no idea someone had stuck a gated mansion into the centre of a suburban block until I looked up this address. Very bizarre, and this will be a far better use of the land.
