So does Vive also own that parking lot that was used for the Medical Building? That is where phase 3 is going? Also the crane base is poured and curing.

It seems as if they are putting those all over Waterloo Region. One going in at Frederick and East Ave and one in Waterloo at Weber and Rodney.

Any updates? I noticed a sign that the road or path from Park Street to Joseph is going to be blocked off and the Parking Lot has a sign saying no parking or private lot.

Spoke to my friend who lives on Weber with this development right behind his back yard, He said the developers ran out of money hense the delay in construction. Don't know if it's true tho.
