I would assume that Nov 2030 completion date would be for the full build out of the bridge. That is 4+ years out. They should have this whole hwy built in that time frame. But Ford and his developers ...

I would never look to Dubai to find nice looking architecture. I would however look to Scandinavian cities that build similar scaled building to us, but with much nicer masing.  I was so excited 15...
