Yea the massing here ain’t great no doubt but this is a dramatic improvement over the original proposal. If this gets built like the render it’ll be one of the best buildings in the city.

The university of waterloos built form is a planning nightmare. The fact that they are also just sitting on so much land is mind boggling to me. Turn it into something usable at least.
