They're building an outdoor bar on the patio. I think it was always a part of the plan, they just didn't get it finished before winter last year. The rough-in has been there since they opened.

You're definitely right that it exceeds current demand for commercial space, but I'm thinking about Victoria's long term future. Especially if it gets a light rail line in 20 years.
