On the other hand, I do appreciate King St being narrower north of uptown Waterloo. Also the segregated bike lane on Philip on what was the sidewalk. That wasn't great to ride on before.

Nice! Non-motorized transport is often a better way to see the world, though cars feel convenient and can be fast (if they're not stuck in traffic).

I'd say that there has been a bunch of handwringing in the media about housing affordability and the start of a shift in society about more building more housing.
