Prica lists this as upcoming on their website nothing is provided beyond that.

The city of Waterloo's building permits only show when they're issued, unlike Kitchener where you can see applications. Right now there's nothing shown so there's really no way of knowing what the work is for at this point.

Based on the geotech report they'll need a Permit To Take Water (PTTW) since they're expecting to pump over 400000L a day, if they pump less they still need to be registered on the EASR which hasn't happened yet. PTTWs are also public and nothing has been posted yet, unless they get one soon it seems unlikely that there would be any major works like shoring occuring this year. For those interested the water table is very shallow in this location with ground water measured between 1 and 2 mbgs which necessitates pumping.
