Sunlife Towers | 2x 24 fl | Proposed
#76
Looks like they have started demolition of the existing houses. Not sure if they are still planning on constructing the 2 towers, but at least they are getting ready for something on the site.

I've always wondered this too. The 15 John St house has apparently been owned by the Reid family since 1933 according to https://www.historicwaterloo.ca/building...streetwest, but for the last 20 years or so (from what I can remember) it has been unkempt and the front lawn has been overgrown with trees and I doubt that anybody has actually lived there. I wonder why they've held onto this property for so long and done nothing with it?

Wegenaste (?) House at 217 King has been demolished. And so it begins.
