Permit is for the foundation, sub-grade plumbing and site services for a future multi-use building. See 22 113384 shoring permit

This block is going to be the most dense spot in the City. With this tower and Ziggys development (call it 40 storeys) this block will have over 100 storeys of residential

Overall, Victoria and King is going to be dense. There's this, the project where Ziggy's is (I know this one is going to be very nice but I can't reveal anything), Station Park, 130 Victoria, 1 Victoria, Kaufman Lofts, potential future projects at the train station and potentially some other projects coming nearby in the future (nothing concrete yet, but I do know of some interest from developers around here).

Wow. Bring it on lol. Doesn’t get any more downtown than this in the entire region so I see no reason why not. I hope this is zoned residential with no height limit so it doesn’t have to pass by council. Chapman will have a heart attack. Can anyone confirm? 180ish metre tall tower we are talking here
