“Requesting a minor variance to the zoning by-law to construct a 24 storey mixed use development with 223 units having a total of 58 off street parking spaces rather than the required 126 parking spaces”

This was submitted a while ago but it looks like it’s still in the works based on an upcoming council meeting. No renders available yet. 

Also, where is 10 college st? Google maps says it’s the shoppers drug mart downtown? If anyone can guess where this is going please let me know

10 College is the Shoppers parking lot.
Shoppers is 250 King St.
